With each release, Envestnet furthers its mission to offer you a connected ecosystem of services, products, tools, and technologies, so you can help clients capture opportunities, make strategic decisions, and move toward their goals. Here are just some of the new updates we have recently implemented to better support your needs:

User Interface (UI) — Show Account Name

As you move through different tabs on the platform, it is essential to see the Account Name displayed. Prior to this enhancement, the account name was only displayed on the General Tab of the Account Details page. The Envestnet product team works hard to ensure our UI is intuitive and easy to use.

Book of Business — Periodic Events Page

Long gone are the days of not being able to view your systematic withdrawal schedules at the book of business level. The new Systematic Withdrawals Page displays information pertaining to all active systematic withdrawal schedules for accounts. You can now view your systematic withdrawal plans, frequency, amount, and next withdrawal date to confirm what your clients’ intent or needs are, to ensure that withdrawals are still valid or needed, and for decumulation planning.

Investment Strategy Proposal (ISP) — Hypothetical Disclosures

Sometimes less is more. Disclosures regarding Model Portfolio Returns and Hypothetical Performance will not be displayed on the Hypothetical Portfolio: Past Performance Analysis page of the ISP document unless the proposal has more than one investment or if the product is a UMAv1 or UMAv2.

Documents Displayed Update — Action Required

Knowing your clients is an essential part of choosing the appropriate investments and the way to do that is through questionnaires. Documents marked as Action Required are now displayed in the Proposal Documents group so that you do not inadvertently miss them.

Fee Schedule — Advisor Generated PDF

For consistency and ease of use across the platform, you now have the option to generate a PDF file of the fee schedule page, automating this process and eliminating errors during the billing process. Prior to this enhancement, this option was not available on the Fee Schedule Details page.

Proposals — Fee Binding Logic

Being able to copy an existing proposal set-up is one of our favorite features. This functionality has been enhanced to require you to select the fee schedule and acknowledge the fees step of the proposal process. This way, you have control over each proposal you make.
